It’s been a wonderful, fantastic, great experience!! My heartfelt thank you to Ian Nylander, Jake and David Nelson. This was my first car (Honda Civic Touring) and I truly appreciate - Ian Nylander for the tremendous customer service that was showered on me and my wife, who went above and beyond to make sure I purchase the car with no hassle and hidden cost. David, explained us the differences in trims of accord and civic to make sure I was most comfortable with. Jake, made finance a seamless experience with no perks or pressure. It’s very much like a open book, everything was very clean and clear to understand. It feels like a family - for all the hours we spent and it was worth waiting and talking.
