Russell & Smith Honda

I'm rating my experience as 5 stars because it was easy, fast and my sales representative, Matt Gul, was excellent. We came in to see a CPO Pilot but from the moment we met he put my wife and myself at ease with his honesty and his kindness. He broke down everything for us and told is that he could get us a new 2017 Pilot for a similar price, and he did. He went back and forth with us and the manager to get us the best deal on a new 2017 Honda Pilot, never giving up and he was very patient with us the entire time. I never felt like we were pressured and he treated us like family. He was a true professional. We were lucky to have such a great experience. Thank you Matt!
