Russell & Smith Honda

After I submitted a request for a quote through Edmunds I was sent two e-mails from Nikki. When I called I asked for her and a David Nelson said she wasn't their but he would handle my request. I asked for a quote and was given a quote a little over 2k over MSRP again due to forced dealer installed accessories which he said was installed on every car they ordered and I had no choice. He then proceeded to tell me every other Honda dealer in the area lost their inventory in the flood and they shouldn't be trusted and that the vehicle I was looking for wasn't made anymore, I found three and told him that, and they couldn't be found anymore. Houston has a serious problem with car dealers if they are forcing their customers to buy accessories....these tactics ended about 20 years ago in most other places but this dealership epitomizes a low life [non-permissible content removed].
