Russell & Smith Honda

Went into this dealership today with my mom in looking to purchase a car but had a bad experience with the sales consultant, Ari Imanraharja. He talked to my mother in a condescending manner as she was asking questions. I had test drove the car I wanted the day before and knew what I wanted. The way he was talking to my mother and I was really rude and the level of cockiness is what led us to leave after checking out some other cars. To prove his level of, "salesmanship", he told us that he had buyers from Austin driving down to buy specifically from him and he can sell any car easily. I don't doubt his ability to do that but don't treat your customers like trash if they are looking to buy. This is totally disrespectful and not how a serious buying customer should be treated. The way he treated us as customers left a bad taste in my mouth.
