GT made my first car purchase an exceptional experience. His enthusiasm and positive attitude made me feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was shopping for, and truth be told, this was the biggest factor in my decision to purchase the car from them. Right from the beginning of the test drive, he explained and demonstrated the keyless entry, remote start, android auto, brake hold, and voice commands, to name a few. These were essentials and the biggest features coming from my 10-year old car. He went top to bottom, explaining every button and features. Any additional questions I had, such as which gas to use, different ways of unlocking the doors and trunk, what nitrogen tires were, and additional accessories, were thoroughly answered. Both GT and Dino worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best price for the car. In the finance office, Kelvin and Karan were more than patient and answered every question I had about the warranties and other coverage offered. All of them went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before signing anything. By far the cleanest and nicest looking dealership I've been to. The holiday music was a nice touch as well. It was very bright and pleasing while I was at the dealership. I really like how the service department is attached and in the same building as the rest of the office. Other dealerships usually have them separated, and their service buildings look like they came from a different decade.
