My sales man Fred was amazing. He was honest and to the point. He wasn’t pushy either. We worked a deal on a truck and they ended up selling that one with all of the rebates. He called and said we had a problem, but had a solution. He told me that the sales manager would sell me another truck that had the same options, but was a different color and didn’t have the same rebates. He told me that the sales manager was going to honor the original deal on the original truck out the door price, because of there mistake. I have bought a ton of cars and trucks, and this is the first time that has ever happened where the dealer ate the cost to make the sale and keep the customer happy. That was just awesome.
