Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

The vehicle I purchased is perfect! However the customer service, the lies and the procrastination by the sales and finance department is ridiculous. More specifically Kumal and Roel. It's been about a month since my purchase and I am still waiting on my paperwork. Not to mention they cancelled the payoff check for my trade in and I was nearly stuck making another payment on it. I've spent countless hours trying to get things straightened out and they constantly point the finger elsewhere. This has not been a good purchasing experience whatsoever. I do not recommend dealing with these people.
