onAfter paying CASH IN FULL for vehicle, dealership shows LIEN on title. Dealership now states they can’t help me, I need to call credit company. When I call credit company listed on application for title they state they have no record of this vehicle. Multiple phone calls to dealership with NO return phone call. They made a mistake and I am left without a clear title.

IF you really cared about your customer satisfaction YOU would have called me back on one of the many calls I made and left messages for someone to PLEASE CALL ME BACK.
