I was determined never to buy from a dealer again after several bad experiences where salespeople were pushy, insensitive and liars! One guy at CarMax even drove me out to the middle of a huge lot and just left me by myself in the freezing rain! So you can see why I decided to go the individual route. However, after too much hassle over getting a loan large enough from my bank, I decided to give it one more shot. I looked up enterprise's website and noticed right away their low-pressure sales process and great used car package. I finally decided to call to see how helpful they were willing to be over the phone. Chris answered and expertly answered all my questions and helped ease my fears with facts, not empty promises. When I got to the lot, he was equally as friendly and helpful and totally Low pressure. That was most important to me; to feel like I could actually make a decision without a sales person jumping down my throat and harassing me forever. Chris was awesome! No pressure or harassing at all. He totally went at my pace. I am so thankful for that experience. I will go nowhere else to buy a car now. And I totally recommend Enterprise and their Northwest location to everyone that is looking for no-pressure buying and guarantees you can trust!
