From the saleslady, Becca, to my sales manager Jacoub, it was easy process. Becca had cars picked out that I may have been interested in but let me walk the lot with her. I found one that I absolutely loved. Jacoub remembered me from the last purchase I had made (which had gotten flooded). Everyone was friendly and courteous.
