EchoPark Automotive Houston (North Freeway)
Dealership Sales Review
I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue from EchoPark, and the purchase itself was easy and straightforward. I was able to drive the car home that same day, no hassle. But about a month later, things took a turn. The car started shaking badly, and the check engine light came on. For most of the second month I owned it, the car was in the shop. Luckily, the repairs were covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, but it crossed my mind how financially devastating it could’ve been if I'd had to pay the $8,000 engine bill myself. When I reached out to EchoPark, they told me it was beyond their “one-week or 1,000-mile return policy,” so there wasn’t anything they could do. I was frustrated. At that point, I was ready to warn others about EchoPark, convinced I’d been sold a lemon. But when I went back and shared everything that happened, the sales manager, Jake, really stepped up. He actually listened. He worked with me, bought back the Rogue, and helped me find a better car—one that suits me much better. Thanks to Jake’s effort, things ended on a good note. I’d still recommend this EchoPark location, but I’d advise others to be extra thorough. Look over everything carefully, ask all your questions, and don’t rush the process. Appreciate your help, Jake. You helped turn a stressful situation into a positive one.
