Stephanie and Austin were both very friendly, professional, well informed about the cars I was not pushed into making a decision, I was given all the time I needed and my free space I had the opportunity to test drive three different cars, two of them being the exact same car, but despite that Stephanie patiently and kindly Encouraged me to test drive both. The car prices are fair and nonnegotiable, exactly because they are fair. That is something I greatly value in this dealership- honesty And transparency. Other dealerships would not even give me their prices over the phone. Echo park is 100% transparent and will not try to turn you into a professional negotiator. The car feels great!
