EchoPark Automotive Houston (North Freeway)
Dealership Sales Review
I do not like to leave negative reviews but this was an absolute horrible experience for me. First of all we drove 3 hrs to this Houston location on our only day off on a Saturday drove the car said we wanted it then they took forever to get to us then they said sorry the banks are closed can you come back Monday. We explained to them we were from out of town and if there was anything they could help with since what has happened and it wasn’t our fault. The manager said he would call me Monday and let me know. We never got a call of course. We didn’t have another Saturday off for a couple weeks then the next one we did we went again. We walked in and of course the manager was like you’re back and I was like yes you never called me back and he was like my phone was acting up. So once again we go drive the car and say yes we want it and our sales guy Alvin was with someone else forever. We sat there and waited. We explained to them we drove 3 hours again and didn’t want the same thing to happen to us as last time. So the manager started on the loan stuff for us. Then Alvin comes to us couldn’t even tell us the rate or who it was through or anything just expected us to go with it. I couldn’t believe it. When we asked questions about those things he seemed annoyed with us. Those are things we should know and I would have thought he would have been able to tell us. It was like they weren’t even trying to help us just doing the bare minimum if that. I was so upset I even told my fiancé I wish we could just walk out but we had rode with a friend up there. We literally sat there like we didn’t matter. After waiting forever he finally got us the bank information but like couldn’t even tell us the payments or anything. So finally we called the manager and he helped us. After that Alvin came back and asked us about the extended warranty and we said no thank you and he was extremely rude and like rolled his eyes and gave us attitude and was like do you understand what car you have. It was so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. So then we go to signing the paperwork. We notice that on the paperwork my email was wrong and it was on the loan stuff so we asked him if he could please correct it cause I didn’t want that going to anyone else. He was so mad and annoyed and I explained to him I was sorry but I just didn’t want anyone else to get my information and how it was important to me. He finally came back and said they couldn’t change it. I was worried and I explained to him there had to be a way cause that was my bank stuff and I wanted it to be right. So he went to talk to a guy then printed it out with the right email and had me sign it. After that he was just being rude and you could tell was annoyed with us then when we were done with the paperwork he just gave us the packet and the kit and said thanks didn’t even walk us out to the car or anything. Well I just got off the phone with my bank cause I still haven’t received anything from them and of course my email was never changed like they said it was and assured me they would fix it and so someone else has been getting my personal bank emails. I am soooo mad and upset. This whole experience was so unprofessional and just something I never expected to go through when buying something that’s a big purchase. I am usually the one who rights the good positive reviews but this time I just couldn’t. Everything about this experience was horrible for me.
