I felt the salesman and manager really didn’t take much interest in me as a customer. Cocky and arrogant manager. An extra charge was tacked on to the sales price and although minimal I was in no position to say no at this point. The car was being delivered to an agreed drop off that I had to change at the last minute. The salesman actually hung up in my ear. And I had a mechanical problem and not even so much as a courtesy call from the sales person to see if I had it repaired. I would never purchase from DeMontrond again.
