CarMax Cy-Fair

saw a 2011 ford taurus online that i was really interested in buying. contacted carmax thursday afternoon and spoke to this lovely lady name ellie. being its my first time at carmax she told me all about carmax and whats not. i told her about the car im interested in and she went right to telling me about the car. before i know it. she ran my credit and i was approved and she took the car off the market immediately. friday came and i went in at opening and was greeted by warm smiles and friendly faces. ellie knew who i was from the jump and came up to me with the keys in her hand, we test drove, and was signing papers in less than 25 minutes! total time spent at dealer was 45 minutes! i got the works through carmax, gap and max care and i dont regret my purchase. i highly recommend them! especially ELLIE!
