Dealership Sales Review
Hello my name is Manrique Zavala. Bitter Sweet transactions, Sold 2 cars in 2 days to them "sort of" and was buying a car from them "sort of". Great Smooth transaction selling my 1st car to them to Megan Martin she is great! she is not in sales just acquisitions. I saw a car I liked that day, called them back the next day to see if I can sell another car and buy one from them, long story short I agreed on a price with the sales person on price X, I told him are you sure?, he told me come down, we will make it happen, "omw I live far please follow through", explained to him in detail I do not want to run my credit unless we agree on price first, "oh no problem" after my credit was ran, oh I cant sell you that car at that price I didn't get approved for that price, "I had already turned in my car to Megan I was car-less, back and forth game with the manager, I told him look I'm not playing, you aren't going to wear me down, I am already tired from selling and negotiating cars for the last few days. They ended up giving me my car back so I can leave, "Megan made that happen", The manager in the back didn't even come out "Caesar Morin" to apologize or anything, My wife and I were there in shock with everything, thank god for Megan that we got our car back, the way we were treated in the sales side shows what kind of training and or leadership is in charge. The good with Megan and the Bad with Caesar Morin. Now we lost an opportunity that we were negotiating with another car from somewhere else, we have a hard inquiry in our credit that we have to dispute for months with the credit bureaus and this sour experience from this dealer ship, that's why I hate buying cars from dealerships and prefer private parties, to avoid all of this. Buyer we ware, do not fall into the hype and friendliness, it comes down to dollars and cents, they lost a customer, my time a buy back and this bad review that I will follow up with the BBB, the owners since its family owned and the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry. The worst part of this is that nobody has contacted me besides Megan to tell me she was sorry, not even the sales rep or the manager. I will also be writing to the GM and hopefully they care enough to even contact me back. I am writing this not to be bitter, but for this not to happen to anyone else again. Hopefully I can find my wife her car for her bday that is coming up and it killed the whole surprise and experience. Thank you. I’ve been in sales my whole life, customer service, military, fortune 100 companies, and I have never been treated this way and or treated some one this way. Please do better for the next time, please fwd this email to MR. Beck and Masten, and I would appreciate it if you help me to remove this credit inquiry as well. On The Flip Side Please Thank you Megan Martin she is going places, and was very helpful and empathetic. I am a small business owner with many small business owner friends and I will be sharing my experience, the “good the bad and the ugly” I didn’t put the sales rep name on the review in google, since its not entirely his fault that falls on management I did put MR Morin on there, he needs some training to do. I will be waiting for MR Beck & Masten email to share my experience. Please fwd this to MR Joe Pierce. I can go into much further detail on this matter lots missing out.
