onI made a 12 month appointment to get my Camry under warranty for oil change. I told them to change oil & replace cabin filter as the two years free service includes. I wait 1.5 hours then they called me & said it’s ready. I signed the alleged paperwork. But I opened the hood I noticed the oil was dirty! I had to scream at them to put it back to change the oil. They refused to change the cabin filter. They are ripping off both customers & Gulf states Toyota I no longer trust them.
