Good mechanic, horrible rep

onMy rep gave me several missteps, Sending me some ridiculous quote, after texting my vehicle was ready, never responding to my text or email for a pickup, then giving me the wrong fob (someone else's). I am happy with repair (thus far) but not with the customer service!
