Longer than expected

onI was told that I would wait one hour for my oil change. After an hour I was informed that my vehicle hadn't been serviced yet and to wait 20 minutes. After another hour I was finally given my keys back. The only reason I will return is because I got a coupon for a free service on my next visit.
