Took my car in on Tuesday evening at 6:00. Stopped by Wednesday at noon to pick up the car. The person who did the intake was not there and no one else could help us. They said it looked like the car was ready, but no one could release it but the intake person (Sierra). The suggested we wait, but my husband was on his lunch break and we couldn’t wait. We had to return at 6:00 that evening to get the car, meaning that my husband had to leave work early for the second day in order to get my car. I would have expected better systems from such a large dealership. Having only one person being able to release a car after service seems rather antiquated.
