Oil change

onHad appt, was early for appt, however took two and half hours just for oil change. I felt like I was in different world because I did not get heartily welcome. Looked like everyone was thinking business and no customer connection I went back to that place after couple years thinking service I can receive may have gotten better, however it went worst from bad. I schedule due to discount offered in e-mail they sent.... still did not see big difference in my paying for service. They added all kind of charges to bring up the total charge. Will stay away from this place....
