onOverall, the service experience was mediocre. I was in need of a loaner to have the recall and oil change completed and was given a rough time. Was told the car would be cleaned before picking up and it wasn’t done. The service advisers inexperienced and not customer friendly. Wanted to speak to a manager and was on hold for 30 mins and never got to speak to him.
