Dealership Sales Review
I went to Champion's after receiving an email from the national company that they were offering "double rebates" and so I emailed the Houston dealer from whom I had a quote. I listed what I felt was the new price based on the double rebate. Basically, I took the previous quote and knocked another $1250 off. The email response was positive and asked me to come in. I called to confirm the price and was led to believe that what I mentioned in my email was the price. I arrive at the dealership excited and expecting an easy transaction. Then the Internet salesman has to leave and I am left dealing with his manager. And of course all my printouts of the email never indicated the price coming from the salesman. It was me who wrote the number and he simply indicated agreement. In the end, they would not honor that price and I left pissed and feeling cheated. I will never do business with them again and I will not bring my van to them for service either. P.S. I did get a 2007 Sienna CE
