AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway
Dealership Sales Review
I am in the market for a 2007 Sequoia. Over the weekend, when the dealership was closed - I stopped by the dealership to see their 2007 Sequoia inventory. Later today, I called the dealership and talked to the sales person regarding a 2007 limited sequoia. The sales person assured me that the particular vehicle was still in stock and was new and not a demo and quoted price to be $38500 with Toyta rebate OR $40500 with 0% apr. Later this evening when I went to the dealership to buy. The sales person took us to the vehicle and off top told us that it had 5000 miles on it. The second shocker was that the vehicle had DVD system installed and was the cost was not included in the MSRP and wanted additional $2800. I showed the sales rep other quotes for the comparable vehicle but he would not honor his quoted price. I left the dealership with the feeling that we were brought with a low price only for it to be changed when DVD system was "discovered".
