AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway

I purchased car at the dealership yesterday. Experienced was mixed. I submitted request through internet. Internet sales guy Andy Strokos was real good in service. He responded through email with correct information. I setup appointment, they confirmed properly and when I showed up at showroom 1 hour early, no complaints. We test drove car and they explained function and documents. Price was lowest that I could get compared to other dealer ship first internet proposal and later additional discount. I did go to another dealership before I went there to confirm. Finance department experience was not as good. They were pushing hard to sell me extended service policy. I found it awkward to keep refusing. There was no financing involved, documents system was computerized and worked smoothly. I wrote check and money was instantly transferred to them and they returned voided check to me. Finally Andy took time to link cellphone to car even when sale was done. Whole process took 6 hours. Little longer than expected but overall smooth.
