Dealership Service Review
I wish I never purchased a vehicle from this location. I had to bring the vehicle back to be serviced the same week I purchased it. Not to mention my paperwork was completed incorrectly and I was inconvenienced by having to resign docs and resend via FedEx. Everyone was hands on deck during the sales process, but once I communicated problems with the vehicle and paperwork associates were either slow to return calls or didn’t return calls at all which cause me to spend my work day following up and leaving voicemails. The final straw was when it was time to pick my vehicle up from service and an Uber voucher had to be sent to get me back to the service center. Unfortunately I do not live close to the dealership so the voucher did not cover my entire trip. I followed up with the receptionist at the service center to see what can be done and her response was “unfortunately we don’t cover clients over 10 miles but this one time, only we will make an exception”??????? The audacity! She spoke to me as if she was doing me a favor! You have my car and not to mention my money, the least you can do is Uber me back to your location to pick up my vehicle. I will never come back to this location, nor will I refer any family or friends to purchase a vehicle from here! Terrible customer service.
