Great customer service and very efficient

I visited the dealer on a Saturday afternoon because my Audi A5 had a software recall. The dealership seemed really busy and was filled with customers. However, I only waited an hour and a half to get the recall taken care of, plus Josh also offered a free inspection and carwash. All was done within the time expected while I walked across the street to grab something to eat. Josh was great!
