Audi Central Houston

We contacted Audi Central Houston for a 2025 Audi they had on order. I initially spoke to Jeffrey, the sales manager, and got all the details on the vehicle. He took a small deposit to hold the vehicle and let us know when it was scheduled to arrive. We did all of this while on vacation! Jeffrey, introduced us to Jamie Picknard to help us through the process. Every step of the way Jamie updated us with the process for arrival of the car and arranging for the delivery of the car to our home in Colorado. Everything was so easy and he went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect and the buying experience pristine. I also have to give a huge thank you to Heidi, their finance manager. She made the process of buying our car and trading in my used car fair, painless and dare I say enjoyable. I have purchased many vehicles over the years from many different brands and I can honestly say this was the easiest and most respectful I have been treated by any dealer.
