Great experience, J and the rest of the staff answered all of my questions and were able to adjust and look into our purchase requests. Both the dealership and we were new to the EV tax credit process (tip: ask for Time of sale report from the dealer prior to purchase), but we're worked together to make sure all the paperwork was done. All the staff were very courteous and responded quickly, either by phone or email.
