Audi Central Houston

I visited Audi Central Houston to pick up my RS5 that was delivered earlier in the month. My sales representative Jamie was very helpful through the entire process. Before the appointment he made sure everything was ready for the seamless dealership visit. He communicated the updates on the vehicle readiness, made sure I filled out the necessary paperwork in advance, worked with me on financing options and trading in my current vehicle. There was one minor hiccup when I came the t dealership. When I drove my new RS5 before purchase, the AC did not turn on. Jamie took the vehicle to the service team where it turned out something was not connected/wired. Other than that, the car buying experience was very smooth and efficient.
