I met Patrick who was the finance officer. We were trying to negotiate with the price and he lied to me not once but two times about the dealership add on, which were lojack (gps device) and ceramic coating. First, there were no device and of course there were no ceramic coating because I took a very close look into the car. Second, I asked for those two items to be remove from the finance sheet and he just stand up and said we are done and I was stalled and felt awkward. I politely asked him what was the reasons for you to react like this? He said that you never going to buy the car even if I took those off and I replied YES I buy it now and he just steered away from it. I had a really bad experience with this dealer and YES all of their car does have problems with the carfax and cosmetics so be very careful to inspect the car (same case with the car I was trying to buy).
