While it's always exciting to buy a new vehicle, I dread the whole process and car dealerships/salesmen in general. Raheem was what all car salesmen should strive to be like; informative and helpful, but not pushy and overbearing. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Alvaro made the paperwork a breeze and we weren't constantly up-sold the whole time.
