I just purchased a C300 MB from ABZMOTORS, and usually I never take the time to write reviews, but it was such a great experience purchasing a vehicle here, I decided I had to take the time. On my first visit my sales representative was David, I found him very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions, stayed with me outside, I must have been there about 2hrs asking him questions!!! I went back several days later with more questions, David was not there and though I arrived at closing time, Alex stepped in and delayed closing the dealership and went with me ( in the cold) to look at the car again, he did not rush me and answered my additional questions. On my third trip I was back with David, and he had the same level of enthusiasm as if this was the first time I ever set foot in the dealership. During this visit I spoke to David, Alex and Al, and this team knows how to make their customers feel appreciated, and educated about their purchase. They say what they mean, and they mean what they say. The day I did my financing, Al matched by bank pricing, explained the details of my warranty, line item by line item. He even took the time to review payment options at different terms and with different down payment options, again excellent, excellent customer service. Their offer on my trade in was excellent, they did not try to low ball me, and matched the highest offer I had from anyone else. This is an outstanding team of professionals, I would happily recommend them. I have even taken some of their cards and plan to give to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell a vehicle.
