Where to start..I confirmed with Dru Pena two cars yesterday for viewing and potential purchase today. I drove an hour to this dealership only to be told that neither vehicle is there or can be located. I'm told by Mr. Leija that he wants to "make it right" as I'm looking to buy TWO NEW CARS. Daniel, our sales consultant, was really good but that was the only positive. They take my quotes from another dealership and lowball them by almost 3-4k each. The sales manager JP came out, and performed a master class in screwing up. They were so hard up on the K5 I was going to buy they ignored I told them worry about my wife and the Carnival she was looking at. JP ignored the fact they would get SIX CARS out of this transaction and was hard stuck on $3k total difference. He quite literally SCREWED THE POOCH ON A GUARANTEED SALE OF TWO NEW CARS!! What is even funnier is that one car was going to be purchased outright right then and there with the other being financed. JP literally cost them that sale and incoming inventory. Bravo. I'll be looking elsewhere to buy. This place was literally a [non-permissible content removed] show, and as a disabled veteran, that's saying something.
