I had been warned by another dealer that I would not like dealing with Grapevine Ford. So understanably, my approach to them was with caution. However, with every step of the process, I was pleasantly surprised with their straight forward - open and honest approach to dealing with me as a customer. There were no big surprises. I was not held hostage and there was no pressure. We have recommended Grapevine Ford to our family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.
