Park Place Land Rover does NOT take Navy Federal Credit Union pre approval checks. Or at least that's what they told me after we made a deal and I went to go pick up the check and came back. Sounds a little weird right? That's what I thought too. Sales guy botched the deal. He thought we were negotiating thinking I was financing with them. After it came out I decided to use my bank he let me believe the car was mine all the way to the end. Not what I expected from a high end auto dealer. So if they're taking your pre approval it sounds like you're paying what they want you to pay. But hey, he said it was just company policy after the 4th time trying to convince me to finance with them.
