Online appointment scheduling doesn't work

onThe service dept was very quick and efficient with the actual work. Unfortunately, the appointment process was not. I made an online apt request on Tuesday in response to an email received from you. I received no response by Friday to confirm the appointment, and had to call the dealership to confirm. When I spoke with the service writer, he had received the request but had not sent any confirmation. This is the 3rd time I've tried to make an online appointment, and have not received responses or confirmations on any of them.
