onMy EQS 450 was recalled on 2 issues but I had an “emergency “ as the hood on my car came loose and sent an alarm..I called Georgetown MB and service associate Irlean Pollard got me right in with another EQS set up as a loaner. Service was quick and I picked up my car 3 days later…sooner than was originally estimated.
