I took my vehicle in 4 times to be fixed the first time and it took the 4th visit for them to get one issue fixed. This last time I took it in to fix the AC I ended up paying a deductible for something I didn’t know was wrong with the car and left with my AC still not working. I have contacted my service rep 4 times since the day I left with the car and was told she would get back to me when they had a loaner, it is almost one month later and I’m getting a text asking if my AC was working since she hasn’t heard from me? Are you kidding? That’s ridiculous! Both the rep and the assistant manager were very rude to me awhile I was asking about the charges because no one told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix, they just did it and charged me. There is no point in having any further conversations or setting an appointment for service there. I will not go back, it’s completely unprofessional and the worst place I’ve ever done business.
