onI was just getting a basic 1year service and having a check to make sure the heater on/off was working correctly and was told it should be done in 2 hours. I was there for 3 1/2 hours! Not acceptable. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have made different plans.

We are very sorry that the repairs and maintenance took a bit longer than anticipated.
Unfortunately, the complex service and diagnostic work on your Mercedes can unfortunately take longer than expected on occasion. Our top priority is the safety of our clients. We never rush our factory-trained technicians, and only encourage superior workmanship, (even if it takes longer).
