Lost me on the followup call

onI went to get my oil changed I had a mostly pleasant experience. The only part that I felt could use improvement was the waiting area (or lack thereof). The waiting area had 4 chairs pushed up against a wall outside some offices. Most of the room was taped off or being used for sales/rental. So I gave the waiting area a poor review on the survey that was sent to me. What I didn't appreciate was being called about the survey and chewed out by the Mac Haik contact because of the low survey. Typically followup calls are to make the customer want to return, well now I'll never go back.
