David W., Jason N. two of my favorites in my 45 years of car buying. I was never an American car buyer until 2010 when I purchased my first MKX from David at Mac Haik. He was amazing and truly a no pressure salesman. I just purchased my second MKX with David again...the experience was the same. The real person behind my decision was Jason N. in the service department, he makes everything easy and seamless. I never had one issue with my 2010, not even a blown headlamp. I am in a new one and quite happy with it just wished the color was different and I had Ecco Boost....or whatever it's called. David makes it happen, Jason fills all the promises. Chris C., I am loving you for making sure David can meet our expectations, thank you. I will see you in two years for a newer model. BTW, I purchase and not lease.
