Earl in the service dept helped me out a great deal with a special warranty issue on my truck. This particular problem was something we were forced to go to Ford service to get them to fix but Earl was with me every step of the way. Its nice to leave the dealership happy with problems taken care of and a handshake at the end. Keep up the good work.
