Dealership Sales Review
Vehicle was a used 2011 Mazda3 I Touring that the dealership had just received. Our salesman was Royce Seay and was extremely helpful. He came to the office on his day off to see if repairs/make ready had been completed. The repair to the dash board had not been completed to his satisfaction (and he knew I would be unhappy also). The attempts at gluing were unsuccessful and clips were needed to repair correctly. I told him it was more acceptable to repair correctly than receive the car quickly. He said he would call as soon as repairs were completed. It has been a great experience dealing with the staff at the dealership, especially Royce and I am awaiting a call from him as soon as repairs are complete.
