Arrived at my appointment time and was welcome at the service drive and directed to the service advisor ( Manuel Gallegos) who was my point of contact. A small issue occurred when one of the lug nut was broken. Manuel work with the service manager to have the issue address with no cost to me and was notified when the car was ready for pickup.
