onBrought my Silverado in for first scheduled service and, a few days earlier, my wife's Suburban in for scheduled service. My service advisor got me in quickly and kept me updated several times as to what step the shop was at and what was next as well as estimated time to finish. I was out earlier than his initial estimate both times. No problems. Nice waiting area, refreshments available, complimentary coffee, etc. This is a large modern facility and a nice place to be.
