Toyota of Fort Worth
Dealership Sales Review
I went to this dealership to look at a pre-owned Tundra that was advertised on the web. I drove the truck and decided I would buy it. When we started talking numbers, they tried to sneak in an $1,800 "Reconditioning fee" and had the nerve to tell me they were upfront about their pricing. Being upfront about pricing means you list the price you want for the vehicle on the website. Their cost of reconditioning should be included in the asking price. I ended up buying the truck once they removed the fee. There was only one key and one fob for the truck. The fob didn't work so I bought 2 after market keys and fobs off ebay hoping they would cut the keys and do the programming as a courtesy. Nope, they charged me $80 for about 15 minutes worth of work. The keys and fobs can't be programmed by the owner, the dealer has "special" equipment.
