Worst service department
Written by Edward Martinez on 12/26/2023

Worst ever. We dropped off my son’s car and come to find out he needs a new main battery. The told me the repairs would be $6000 but have no details and would not tell me. After asking many times of what all work needed to completed never got a straight answer. Called several times and sent several emails. No response till one day another advisor called me and asked me if I wanted to have the repairs completed. I then again asked for the details and was told they would have to look into it. A week went by still no word I called a few time with no luck and then got a text that my sons car was ready for pick up. I called to ask what all took place only to get no call backs. On 12-23 I received a certificate letter that the car was towed and I have to pay $600 to get it out. They did not have permission to tow it and should not have towed the car and still not returning calls and the towing company wants me to pay them for something the service department took upon themselves to do. They are completely unprofessional and do not waist your money on the crooks. Who knows this might be a good story for fox4. How service departments for cars dealership take your money and if you ask for details they find a way to screw you over.

The only reason the car wash taken was not for lack of communication it was because I did not agree to the repairs without seeing a detailed service report with pricing for parts and labor. I requested the report several times and received no response. You can not expect for someone to agree to repairs without telling them what all needs to be done. I will also add I asked over the phone what needed to be replaced and was told they would have to get with the service tech and then never called back with an answer.

Dealer Response
Mr. Martinez, thank you for reaching out. According to our records, after you dropped off the vehicle in June our advisor attempted to call, email, and text you the details regarding the diagnosis. We sent a warning in November that the vehicle would be impounded if not picked up by Dec. 1. After several more attempts at communicating with you, we sent an invoice on Dec. 8 for the diagnostic fees for the car, and since there was no response to the calls and texts sent again we proceeded with impounding the car on Dec. 14. We certainly did not want to take this course of action but had no other choice when we could not reach you after multiple attempts. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
