For my first time buying a new car myself, it was a tough market to do so. Given the circumstances, I was unable to test drive a car when I initially visited this Kia location. However, I met Preet and she let me take a look inside the vehicles in the lot in the back even though they were already spoken for. I told her which ones I was interested in and gave her my contact information. Preet kept an eye out for the vehicles I was interested in and called me as soon as one was available, which was a couple days after I had initially visited. She answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle without having to sign any paperwork or show my driver's license. We reviewed pricing and financing options, and the dealership was able to give me a competitive interest rate to the one my credit union was offering. The only hiccup was that I was uninformed about the ceramic coating put on the car that the original customer had ordered. This was put an extra $1000 on the car that I was unaware I was paying. Preet was able to negotiate the cost to a deal I was happy about. Overall, I would work with Preet again in the future to purchase a new car down the line.
