Dealership Service Review
2013 Subaru towed to Hiley with electrical failure. I should not need the wiring harness replaced at 68,000 miles, but I did. For the most part, the dealership, especially Lauren, kept me apprised of what was going on. When I was scheduled to receive my car back, it was delayed two (2) days because a technician HIT a pole at the dealership in my car. This was the second time that this happened in my last two visits at the dealership. Both times the damage was minor, but in same place on the vehicle. Red dents is very noticeable on an Ice Silver Subaru. When it happened the first time, they did not even acknowledge the damage, until I pointed out when I received my car back from an oil change. In addition, they left two lug nuts off on another previous visit. At least, I have to say Hiley did communicate better with me about what was going on with my vehicle, especially Lauren who was very good. If it was not for this, I would have ranked them even lower.
